What is a lollipop?

A lollipop is a sweet confectionary treat with flavourful syrup that is hardened on a stick. Lollipops come in various sizes, shapes and flavours to enjoy! We have over 20 yummy flavours to try!

How do we make them?

Simply cook the ingredients over medium, till a hard crack stage is reached. Remove from heat. Then flavour, colour, stir and pour into lollipop moulds. Cool completely and enjoy!
